Jeff Dalaba

Program Manager for the AGMT and NACC Program of AMS (Administrative Management Systems, Inc.)

Jeff Dalaba is the Program Manager for the North American Contractor Certification Program (NACC) and Architectural Glass and Metal Technician Certification Program (AGMT) with Administrative Management Systems (AMS, Inc.) in Sackets Harbor, New York.  He has provided development leadership in coordination with the NACC Program Certification Board, as well as other glazing industry experts, since the inception of the NACC Program to compile the industry provided best practices into the ANSI Accredited Certification Program.   He also leads the AGMT Personnel Certification that tests both written knowledge and physical abilities of glazing technicians.  Since joining AMS in 2010 Jeff has also worked with various glass product certification programs including Window and Door Manufacturers (WDMA) Hallmark, NFRC, Insulating Glass Certification Council (IGCC), Safety Glazing Certification Council (SGCC), and the Florida Building Commission High Velocity Hurricane Zone Protocol to develop enhanced processes and efficiencies in the operations of these programs for AMS.  

                                    Jeff has served in executive management roles for 24 years. He is also a veteran who has served on a U.S. Navy Fast Attack Submarine and completed 4 deployments under the polar ice cap.

Wade Arnold

Director of Commercial Sales for Specialty Fenestration Group, encompassing U.S. Bullet Proofing & Quikserv

Wade has been with the company for over 8 years and is responsible for developing and growing the brands within the security fenestration realm.  His knowledge and experience encompass many trades, practices, and building product materials.  Additionally, Wade has worked for architecture firms, subcontractors, general contractors, consulting groups, and multiple manufacturers within the industry. 

 

In particular, he now specializes in security windows, storefronts, curtain walls and opening systems for ballistic, blast, storm impact, and forced entry protection.  His companies, Quikserv and U.S. Bulletproofing, are premier manufacturers within the security fenestration industry.  Their project experience ranges from simple drive thru transaction areas to fully assembled, anti-terrorism rated international embassies.

 

Wade is also one of Houston’s former CSI Chapter Presidents and has been a devoted member of the CSI for over 14 years.  He initially served as a Committeeman during his first few years and since then, has held numerous roles including Board Director, Treasurer, and Vice President of Finance. Wade also continuously volunteers for committees within the National Glass Association providing industry expertise.  Currently, Wade serves as a Board Member for the Houston Area Glass Association and the Texas Glass Association. His devotion to the specification, design, and building communities are apparent in his daily interactions with clients and organizations.

 

Wade received his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree through Syracuse University.  He thoroughly enjoys and continues to apply his knowledge for his company, colleagues, and the construction industry.  As Specialty Fenestration Group’s, Commercial Sales Director, Wade canvases the country with the intentions of growing awareness for security glazing solutions.

Neil W. Garry

Partner at Belle & Spina

Neil W. Garry is a partner at the Rochester, New York office of Bell & Spina, Architects-Planners.  Since 1998, his professional career has focused on the technical aspects of building envelope systems.  He is a licensed Structural Engineer (PE), Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider (BECxP), Commissioning Authority + Building Enclosure (CxA+BE), IIBEC Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC) and Thermal / Infrared Thermography – Buildings & Roofs Specific.  Neil is a member of ASTM International Technical Committee DO8, Roofing and Waterproofing, and Committee E06, Performance of Buildings.

Doug DeRusha

VP of Sales – FHC Frameless Hardware Company

Doug has been actively involved in the Glass Industry for over 39 years, all with one company, until his new appointment of VP of Sales with FHC Frameless Hardware Company.

Doug has become a specialist in Architectural Hardware including Glass & Stainless-Steel Railings, Glass Entrances & Doors, and custom hardware. He has presented to, educated, and trained the largest key architects and glaziers around the country. Doug has a sincere passion for the Glass Industry and his enthusiasm is evident to everyone he comes in contact with. 

Outside of work, Doug loves spending time with his wife of 35 years, his daughters, and two young granddaughters.  When not working, Doug enjoys his time boating, reading, and a good game of Cribbage.

Anthony Intintoli

Field Sales/ Architectural Rep YKK AP America Inc.

Anthony Intintoli has been in the fenestration industry for 22 years serving both commercial and residential markets.  His whole career he has represented national brand manufacturers. For the past 14 years Anthony has been proudly representing YKK AP America, a leading manufacturer of architectural commercial glazing systems , entrances, and  AW operable window products. He is responsible for all YKK AP sales activity in New York and New Jersey working with a network of dealers as well as providing project consultation and specification assistance to Architects.   While at YKK AP he as has earned sales accolades such as YKK AP President Award, year to year Project Business and Branch Sales Awards.

Michael Schwartz

Cohen, Seglias, Pallas, Greenhall & Furman PC

Michael’s practice focuses on construction litigation. He represents contractors, subcontractors,

design professionals, owners, and other parties on both private and public construction projects.

Michael is active in the firm, serving as former co-editor-in-chief of the firm’s

newsletter, Construction in Brief, and is a member of the firm’s Inclusion & Belonging

Committee.

Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Michael was an attorney at a Philadelphia law firm where he

defended owners, contractors, and subcontractors against catastrophic injury and construction

defect claims. He also completed a judicial clerkship with New Jersey Superior Court and a

judicial internship with the United States Bankruptcy Court.

During law school, Michael was selected to the Hunter Moot Court and was honored with the

Pro Bono Publico Award for his legal work in providing bankruptcy and tax counseling to

underprivileged residents of New Jersey.

Jason Copeley

Cohen, Seglias, Pallas, Greenhall & Furman PC

Jason acts as counsel to a wide range of construction clients, including general contractors,

subcontractors, owners, and suppliers on both public and private projects. He has extensive

litigation experience and works to aggressively enforce his clients’ rights while simultaneously

seeking fair and reasonable business solutions.

Jason worked in the construction industry for six years, utilizing his engineering degree as a

project manager for a commercial subcontractor before earning his law degree from the Widener

University School of Law. In his practice, he handles construction cases involving a wide variety

of public works, multi-prime, commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and educational

construction issues. Clients rely upon Jason for counsel during all aspects and stages of

construction projects. He regularly drafts and negotiates construction contracts and prepares,

presents, and defends disputed claims. Jason also works on matters involving mechanics’ liens,

bond claims, claims for delay, acceleration, loss of efficiency, unpaid change orders, bid protests

and bid withdrawals. Throughout his career, he has developed significant experience

representing general contractors, specialty subcontractors including curtain wall and glass and

steel fabricators. Jason sits on the Board of Directors of the Architectural Glass & Metal

Association and serves as Assistant General Counsel to the American Institute of Steel

Construction (AISC).

Jason handles cases on both the state and federal levels in a multitude of jurisdictions, including

Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and has worked in Delaware, Connecticut, Maryland,

Virginia, Michigan, and Ohio.

Dave Wheeler

Architectural Consultant Sierra Pacific Windows

Dave Wheeler is an Architectural Consultant with Sierra Pacific Windows and has been in the fenestration industry for over 30 years.  His current role has him covering the Northeastern United States as well as Eastern Canada. Dave has a passion for historical restoration projects, high performance glazing, and large expanses of glass. In his free time, Dave enjoys working on his own home improvement projects and spending time outdoors. 

Scott A. Waechter, P.E.

 

Scott is a Sr. Application Engineering Specialist with Dow Corning Corporation located in Niagara Falls, with headquarters in Midland, MI.  He has been with Dow Chemical for 30 years involved specifically with Construction Silicone Products and Solutions. His current territory includes the areas of Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Atlantic Canada and Western NY. 

 

Scott graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1992 with a degree in Civil Engineering and obtained his professional engineering license in 1997.  He has held various Engineering, Technical support and Technical Sales positions over his 20+-year career in the construction industry.  Scott is active in Ontario Glass & Metal Assoc, CSC, Sealant Waterproofing Association of Ontario (SWAO) the Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC), Canadian Glass Assoc as well as AIA and CSI and is a regular speaker representing the sealant industry at these associations.  He also does regular training for the curtainwall industry at glaziers union halls throughout Canada and NY as well as regular Architectural and consulting training.
