Jeff Dalaba

Program Manager for the AGMT and NACC Program of AMS (Administrative Management Systems, Inc.)

Jeff Dalaba is the Program Manager for the North American Contractor Certification Program (NACC) and Architectural Glass and Metal Technician Certification Program (AGMT) with Administrative Management Systems (AMS, Inc.) in Sackets Harbor, New York.  He has provided development leadership in coordination with the NACC Program Certification Board, as well as other glazing industry experts, since the inception of the NACC Program to compile the industry provided best practices into the ANSI Accredited Certification Program.   He also leads the AGMT Personnel Certification that tests both written knowledge and physical abilities of glazing technicians.  Since joining AMS in 2010 Jeff has also worked with various glass product certification programs including Window and Door Manufacturers (WDMA) Hallmark, NFRC, Insulating Glass Certification Council (IGCC), Safety Glazing Certification Council (SGCC), and the Florida Building Commission High Velocity Hurricane Zone Protocol to develop enhanced processes and efficiencies in the operations of these programs for AMS.  

                                    Jeff has served in executive management roles for 24 years. He is also a veteran who has served on a U.S. Navy Fast Attack Submarine and completed 4 deployments under the polar ice cap.

Joe Erb

National Account Manager/Commercial Sales Specialist, Quanex

Joe Erb has 28 years of experience in the fenestration industry.   His current role as Nation Account Manager/Commercial Sale Specialist for Quanex include managing national accounts and overall growth and development of the commercial/architectural market for Quanex. 


He is long-time active member of the fenestration industry, assuming leadership roles in various organizations, including NGA, FGIA and IGCC  where he is the current chairman and member of the board. 


Erb also has regular blogs and columns in US Glass, Glass Magazine and has contributed articles to Construction Specifier Magazine, Canadian Window & Door Magazine and Glass Canada. Erb has been making technical presentations globally for more than 15 years to key domestic and international design and consulting firms.

Neil W. Garry

Partner

Neil W. Garry is a partner at the Rochester, New York office of Bell & Spina, Architects-Planners.  Since 1998, his professional career has focused on the technical aspects of building envelope systems.  He is a licensed Structural Engineer (PE), Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider (BECxP), Commissioning Authority + Building Enclosure (CxA+BE), IIBEC Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC) and Thermal / Infrared Thermography – Buildings & Roofs Specific.  Neil is a member of ASTM International Technical Committee DO8, Roofing and Waterproofing, and Committee E06, Performance of Buildings.

Scott Waechter, P.E.

Senior Application Engineering Specialist

Scott is a Sr. Application Engineering Specialist with Dow Corning Corporation located in Niagara Falls, with headquarters in Midland, MI.  He has been with Dow Chemical for 30 years involved specifically with Construction Silicone Products and Solutions. His current territory includes the areas of Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Atlantic Canada and Western NY. 


Scott graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1992 with a degree in Civil Engineering and obtained his professional engineering license in 1997.  He has held various Engineering, Technical support and Technical Sales positions over his 20+-year career in the construction industry.  Scott is active in Ontario Glass & Metal Assoc, CSC, Sealant Waterproofing Association of Ontario (SWAO) the Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC), Canadian Glass Assoc as well as AIA and CSI and is a regular speaker representing the sealant industry at these associations.  He also does regular training for the curtainwall industry at glaziers union halls throughout Canada and NY as well as regular Architectural and consulting training.

Anthony Intintoli has been in the fenestration industry for 22 years serving both commercial and residential markets.  His whole career he has represented national brand manufacturers. For the past 14 years Anthony has been proudly representing YKK AP America, a leading manufacturer of architectural commercial glazing systems , entrances, and  AW operable window products. He is responsible for all YKK AP sales activity in New York and New Jersey working with a network of dealers as well as providing project consultation and specification assistance to Architects.   While at YKK AP he as has earned sales accolades such as YKK AP President Award, year to year Project Business and Branch Sales Awards.

Bill Harbeson

As a Manager in Cherry Bekaert's Tax Credits & Incentives Advisory practice, Bill focuses on credits and incentives related to the building industry. Mark Jacobson

Market Manager in North America for the Advanced Interlayer Solution Division of Kuraray

Mark has been involved in the laminated glass industry for the last 15 years focusing on architectural applications and the photovoltaic industry.  Mark provides training for architects, designers, engineers, and contractors on laminated glass.  He is a member of Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and is on the Board and President of the Cleveland Chapter of CSI.  He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and worked for DuPont for over 35 years prior to his 9 years with Kuraray.

Kereem Berry

Executive Director M.A.P.P.

Kereem Berry is a highly accomplished individual and a valued member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 86. With a strong commitment to the electrical trade and a passion for empowering aspiring electricians, Kereem has made significant contributions in various leadership roles throughout his career. 

Since 2017, Kereem has served as the Executive Director of the Multi-Craft Apprenticeship Preparation Program (M.A.P.P.) and Project Phoenix. Under his guidance, M.A.P.P. has flourished and become a widely recognized and respected program that prepares individuals for successful careers in the construction trades. Kereem's visionary leadership and dedication to fostering the next generation of skilled workers have greatly benefited the Rochester Building and Construction Trades and the broader local community. 

Prior to his role as Executive Director, Kereem served as a trustee for his local Joint Apprentice Training Committee, where he played a crucial role in shaping the apprenticeship program and ensuring the highest standards of training and education. His extensive knowledge and experience in the industry have made him a trusted advisor and mentor to countless apprentices. 

In addition to his work within the IBEW and M.A.P.P., Kereem is actively involved in the Rochester Electrical Licensing Board, where he contributes his expertise to regulatory matters and helps maintain industry standards. His commitment to upholding the highest levels of professionalism and safety in the electrical field is commendable. 

Kereem is also a Certified NABTU (North America's Building Trades Unions) trainer, demonstrating his expertise and proficiency in training techniques and best practices. Through this certification, Kereem has further enhanced his ability to educate and mentor aspiring apprentices to meet industry demands. 

Under Kereem's leadership, M.A.P.P. has expanded to include locations in Binghamton, Albany, and Rochester, extending its reach and impact across New York State. This expansion has provided opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds to access high-quality training and pursue rewarding careers in the construction industry. 

Kereem Berry's unwavering dedication, extensive experience, and exceptional leadership have left an indelible mark on the IBEW and the construction community. His commitment to excellence, mentorship, and promoting workforce development continues to shape the future of the industry, making him an invaluable asset to the trades and those he serves.

Marc Braunstein

Director of Training and Apprenticeship 

Marc Braunstein is the Director of Training and Apprenticeship for the Finishing Trades Institute of Western and Central New York (FTI of W&CNY).  The FTI of W&CNY is the training and Apprenticeship wing of the District Council 4(DC4), of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT), which covers 33 counties of Western and Central New York. Marc is a Bridge Painter by trade and has been an IUPAT and DC 4 member since 2002. Marc started as a Bridge Painting/Health and Safety Instructor for the FTI of W&CNY in 2011 and became an Apprentice/Training Coordinator in 2016. Since 2018, Marc has been Director of the FTI of W&CNY, which has 13 NYSDOL Registered Apprenticeship Programs across Western and Central NY and a robust Training Department.
